When traveling in Hue, tourists have many choices of vehicles besides the cars—the main transport —including bicycles, cyclos, motorbikes, taxis, and boats to explore the city during the day and night.

Cyclo
Cyclo is a typical three-wheeled vehicle for tourists to explore Hue City. It is convenient because of its big seat and roof. Cyclos can be used to carry goods, but many of them transfer passengers to explore Hue City politely and safely.
In Hue, cyclo services are the most attractive and suitable in the inner city. Sitting on a cyclo, guests can enjoy leisure while the rider rides around the beautiful city.
It is easy to find some groups of cyclos at many hotels along Le Loi Street, such as in front of Huong Giang Hotel, Century Hotel, Saigon Morin Hotel, Azerai La Residence Hotel Spa, Pham Ngu Lao Street, or Ben Nghe Street.
Notes: Be careful when using cyclos alone when traveling around the city. Make sure the price and distance are clearly stated before getting on. A scam is not uncomfortable if you face it.
Motorbikes and bicycles
Motorbikes are the most popular vehicles in Vietnam and Hue City. Motorcycle rental locations are located on Hung Vuong Street, near the intersection of Vincom Plaza.

Another place to hire a motorbike and bicycle is on Le Loi Street, near Muong Thanh Hotel and Doi Cung Street. At present, many hotels also offer motorbike and bicycle rental.
Why use these means?
Hue is a small city, and bicycles are easy to ride slowly to explore city life.
Besides, motorbikes are popular for going through alleys and far away from the countryside. However, Mr. Thom does not recommend riding a motorbike alone because of safety concerns. It’s better to hire a professional motorbike rider to support you.
