The booking conditions are set the relationship between you- the customer who uses our services and Hue Flavor hereinafter referred to as “us”, “our” or “we”. These conditions are for online bookings. You are sure to carefully read the booking conditions, and make sure you understand and accept these. If you need more information or clarify of these conditions and terms, you must contact our staff. We reserve the right to amend our Booking Conditions.
1. The Contract
No contract shall be deemed to be concluded until the customer receives booking confirmationa from us via email or WhatsApp, or makes deposit or full payment for the booking.
2. Payment and deposit
2.1. Deposit:
We generally do not require a deposit for joining group tours. However, for private bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 260,000 VND (approximately 10 USD) per guest is typically required, or a minimum deposit of 650,000 VND (approximately 25 USD) for the entire service.
2.2. Full payment:
Full payment must be paid on the tour day and during the tour in cash.
If the full payment is paid by Credit Card or Visa Card or Paypal (recommended), this will be paid at least 1 days before the date of the tour starting. In the event of the full payment not reaching our account by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and the contract between Hue Flavor and you.
3. Cancellation
You, our customer(s), may cancel your booking at any time. However, cancellations are only accepted when you send a message via WhatsApp to +8494 34 889 667 or an email to [email protected]. Your cancellation will be considered confirmed once we acknowledge your request. The cancellation date will be the day we receive your notification.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Within 5 days before arrival or no-show: 100% charge.
- More than 5 days before arrival: No charge, except for the non-refundable deposit.
4. Unused Services:
Non refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases, or no exchanges can be made for the tours or the other services which are included in tour prices but not used by the tour members.
5. Amendment of itinerary
Amendment of your tour date and time with us can happily be processed with free of charge before the tour is confirmed. Any amendments after your tour date and time is confirmed will be able to be charge incur fee. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The Hue Flavor reserves all rights to modify the tour date and time.
6. Responsibility and insurance
The Hue Flavor or none of any members of the company is not responsible for any loss, death, health issues, damage or injury of customer(s).
Hue Flavor is a local tour designed for short durations. Therefore, travel insurance is mandatory for all customers before traveling to Vietnam. You, the customer(s), are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance and ensuring that it covers the entire duration of your tour. The insurance should provide protection for personal accidents, medical expenses, injury, death, health issues, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage.
